For all non-German speakers: I am not yet in my best shape. But I notice that it is going to improve steadily from the randoris these last days. We are still a few more days here, I am looking forward to it. Knowing that I can and will increase my performance. Yes, … and that I am at my peak when I get into the competition.
I would like to work on my liveliness in the coming days. I know that I got a bit slower - thus ... working on explosive force and technique such that it automates.
For me it is like, I want to fight for my family. I know that they watch and support me. If I am nervous right before a struggle, i will think of my family – the good time that we have together – that calms me down immensely and gets me back concentrated.
For all non-German speakers: Memories of Russia Yes, of course.... I was born in Russia, and I grew up there. Until the age of six years, I have lived in Russia. And of course, I do have good memories as a young child. Concerning Judo... I think it was in 2006 that I medaled my first big success having become the second in Moscow. ... It is actually a good proving ground for me.
August 2014 freuen.
